Mayfair has adjusted it platform over the years  to the growing demand for urban mixed-use developments that have a concentration  in hotels, retail, and office with projects such as The Hamilton Hotel, Mayfair at Webb Bridge, and Merschel Plaza, which incorporate complimentary asset classes and create a pedestrian friendly environment. We have focused a large portion of our portfolio on urban mixed use and hospitality because of the benefits to both the tenants and the communities. The tenants stand to benefit from higher levels of foot traffic than the typical standalone office or retail building. The increased exposure often improves tenant attraction and retention.
